Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC)

Bollywood Dance Workshop – Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, GMCC invited Celebrity dance choreographer, Ria Meera Munshi, to teach consecutive twenty minute basic Bollywood dance workshops, in a two hour block.

Bollywood Dance Workshop Manchester 

In each twenty minute block Ria taught some traditional Bollywood and Bhangra steps. Once these had been mastered by the students they were applied to the infectious Indian beat. The class was then split up into two large groups where a small dance competition was held. The groups had to remember all the steps in order to win! As a finale, all the students came together to dance one last time in unison before moving along to the next exciting workshop.

‘New Year – New Me’ Corporate Event 

The New Year – New Me event had a number of various taster workshops taking place, including learning Spanish. The event itself aimed to inspire the professionals of Manchester to learn a new skill, in the year of 2016.

Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce is an organisation which offers Business support, through a membership service and many networking opportunities. GMCC have a number of local councils across the Greater Manchester region.
